Boothmans, Chartered Accountants was formed in 1992 on the Isle of Man, from the previous sole practitioner status of David A Boothman, its principal. It acts as the accounting arm to Boothmans (Isle of Man) Limited, the associates of which include BW Oakfield and Island Contract Management (ICM).
BW Oakfield Corporate is an FSC licensed “fiduciary” providing trust and company formation and management services in a multi-jurisdictional environment. With more than 500 clients in 25 different countries, BW Oakfield has a deep and growing experience in corporate service provision – meaning your assets are safe in our hands.
With a 50 strong multi-disciplinary team and representation not only in the Isle of Man, but the UK, Ireland, St Lucia, Hong Kong, Cyprus and Malta, Oakfield offers a truly worldwide service to its clients. Island Contract Management (ICM) acts as the contracts payments arm of Boothmans (Isle of Man) Limited, specialising in providing a bespoke payments service to thousands of sub-contractors per week, all across the UK and Europe.
